Vehicles & Large Items

If ordering a vehicle or large item, such as a Sea Scooter or Sea Scooter Road Case, it will ship via freight as its weight and dimensions exceed the capabilities of any non-freight shipping service.

  • Continental US: Shipping for all vehicles in the continental US is free. If purchasing an eligible large item alongside a Sea Scooter (for example, a Road Case), the scooter will ship inside the case and shipping will remain free. If ordering a large item on its own, you will be presented with shipping options and costs at checkout.
  • All Other Regions: If ordering a vehicle, such as a Sea Scooter, it will ship via freight as its weight and dimensions exceed the capabilities of any non-freight shipping service. Freight shipping costs to any non-Continental US region typically total around $750, which is automatically charged at checkout. This charge includes all import duties and fees. If ordering a large item on its own, the $750 freight shipping charge will apply to the order. If purchasing an eligible large item alongside a Sea Scooter (for example, a Road Case), the scooter will ship inside the case and you will only be charged one $750 freight charge.

Vehicles and large items are shipped with a signature requirement to protect your purchase. If this is not convenient, or if you do not have an alternative address where someone will be available to sign for delivery during the day, please contact us before placing your order, and we will work with you to find a solution. Within 1 business day of your purchase, you will be provided with a tracking number for your package. Delivery times vary depending on the destination address, but are typically within 1-7 days within the continental US. Shipping times can be increased if shipping outside the continental US.

Parts & Accessories

  • Continental US, Non-Continental US & Other US Territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.): We’ve worked hard to provide the most competitive shipping rates for our customers with FedEx. Rates vary depending upon distance from our distribution center from Tucson, Arizona & the shipping option you select at checkout. Within 1 business day of your purchase, you will be provided with a tracking number for your package. Delivery times vary depending on the destination address, but are typically within 1-7 days. Shipping times can also be increased if shipping outside the continental US.
  • Other Regions, Non-US (Canada, Caribbean, etc.): A flat rate of $75 for all parts and accessories orders is charged at checkout. This charge includes all import duties and fees. If the shipping costs for your order are less than or greater than this amount, we may reach out to you to issue a partial refund or collect any additional costs.
