Returns

For items not in stock, such as deposits, these may be cancelled at any time for a full refund, minus credit card processing fees, 3.5% for credit/debit cards.

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. In order to receive a refund, you must contact us at sales@aquaplane.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The item must be unopened, returned in its original packaging and condition. A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. The Buyer must pay the shipping & handling costs for both the outbound & return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain parts, even if unused. For parts and accessories, there is a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
